Yeah, I've seen a few Nic imposters on Myspace as well (probably the same ones) it's a shame that they have sunken so low as to pretend they are famous people
Unfortunately, for all the good, decent, honest and genuine people there are on the internet there are also people who aren't so NICe.
IMDB is a prime example of this...for a site that's supposed to be professional it isn't moderated very well and so the idiots get through. I've said it time and time again...the best way to beat these morons is to IGNORE THEM...don't rise to the bait then they won't have an argument!
Remember a few months ago...someone pm'd me over at IMDB and said they thought I was Nic! Lol. These people are sad!
I'm sure Nic is intelligent enough to know who the decent people are.
I've just been back onto the My Space website, and guess what..lol that account for the fake nic has been deleted, so either he knew people was on to him or my space deleted him, as i sent him an email, telling him what a fraud he was so this guy probably knew ppl was onto him Hooray, get rid of these fake nic's lets hope the real nic may do his own blog one day.
IMDB is the worst of all the sites I think. I don't understand why so many people waste so much of their own time bashing someone they know nothing about. Why not just go support your fave actor and leave Nick alone? The negativity on that board is horrible. I've been on there for years trying to find other Nick fans. There is another site called Harlots but they just seem to want to bash on his wife. Not all of them mind you. Just a few select. So I haven't been by there in a week maybe. I like it here very much. Everyone is so nice!
I totally agree, there is no pretence on this site whatsoever, i suppose in a way you have to laugh or feel sorry for the followers on there, i was reading their messages to this guy, they are under the impression that it's really him, how do these sick people get away with things like that, i emailed him, but havent got a reply back, so you can tell he is a fake, i only signed up to My Space so i could read something about Nic, but i never use it, it should be called a Waste of Space

This happens to a lot of celebrities. I don't think that Nicolas Cage has a myspace. Most of the ones that do, are fan sites and run by their publicist most likely. I have heard that you can report false sites to myspace. Also, myspace offers that if an original celebrity wants to have an official site, to hold up a poster with the words, this is my official myspace site and their name in one of their photos, so that myspace knows its for real. Just been checking my mail from yahoo groups, and someone posted about this guy pretending to be Nic on My space, why don't these ppl get a life? So i mailed them and asked for proof, asking where he was this weekend and what he is doing, as this person on nicinfo said that this guy swears that he is Nic, so i told this guy to get a life and grow up, he cant even spell, shame there is so many disfunctual people in this world.
