The worst hit places are way out of London and the home counties. Thank heavens London was spared as we have the wonderful Thames Barrier to protect us but having said that a tidal wave could breach the barrier at anytime but so far our beloved London has been spared. I do feel for all those Brits who have lost everything due to the floods.
Hey....to all of our Brits here on this board....I sincerely hope and pray that all of you (and yours) have been able to stay safe and sound during this horrific flooding and that life will get back to normal soon.
