Well.....the man is said to enjoy a challenge!!!! LOL!
Personally, I would have felt like I was a split personality. I mean...can you just imagine how hard it would to play TWO totally different MAIN characters in one movie???
Can anyone say major migrane or panic attack??? LOL!

I really do think he was most definitely at the top of his form in all the movies I mentioned. And, of course, LEAVING LAS VEGAS just blows ya away......

COA, FAMILY MAN, ADAPTATION, WINDTALKERS and MATCHSTICK MEN are my all time favorite Nic movies. COA was the beginning of my 'downfall' in becoming a Nic nut. It also, to this very day, can be blamed for inciting nasty sinus infections in me after I watch the movie.
BUCKETS OF TEARS = CLOGGED SINUSES!

Yeah, I'm right there with you on that one Bon! COA must have also been my favorite movie to watch "the making of" on the DVD...Nic's quite interesting to watch in that oneEspically when it comes to going up ontop of that high building scaffold
Yeah....but he was very lean in that movie as well. I think it was his quiet voice and still demeanor for the character that was actually attractive. The scene where he is asking Maggie what the pear tastes like.....he looks absolutely enthralled and mesmerized by what she has to say.
Someone being THAT interested and who ACTUALLY wants to know what you think and who listens ACTIVELY is a highly attractive human being.

I totally agree Bon!
He's so handsome as Captain Corelli! I don't like it when he's too skinny.
