The moors are so beautiful, I especially love the Doone Valley. I know what you mean about the mysterious aura. I'm looking forward to walking across the moor at sunset and looking out for all the wildlife

That sounds really lovely, and congratulations for your 25th isn't that silver? so it's a special occasion, i can see why no kids hope you have a lovely time, i think the moors are lovely and have a mysterious aura about them.
We are going to a romantic hideaway near Exmoor to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary which is later this month. I'm hoping the weather stays good!

Hi all, yes thanks had a great time, i needed the break, and the weather wasn't too bad either, still got a slight cough, but a lot better probably due to all the fresh air...lol. Are you going anywhere nice Raven?, hope the weather is nice for you if you are in this country. Sometimes i wish i could go on hols without kids, but then again its the kids that make the hols much more fun at times. Hope you have a great time.
Hello Kim, welcome back. I hope your cough has gone now. It's my turn for a holiday now, we're going on Monday till Saturday. I'm really looking forward to some peace and quiet - first holiday ever without the kids!!

I'll be off for a few days, just in case you wondered why i hadn't posted, i'll be back again Friday. I'm looking forward to a nice break, some decent fresh air, then maybe i can get rid of this blasted cough, that i have had for the last 5 weeks. City smog is not getting rid of it, so some good clean air is what i need Although i'm taking my daughter's laptop, but i dont think i will get an internet connection up there i'll just have to wait and see. So i will be on Friday to catch up on any gossip bye for now
