It's definitely a time for friends and family I will be doing something to mark the Spring solstice, probably just a small meditation with friends, thanking and letting go of the long winter and welcoming in the new energy of the spring! This year it falls on 20th march at 5.48 am UK time. It is the time of year where the day and night are of equal length, both 12 hours, apparently that's what 'equinox' means.
Just an idea.. Maybe if people are around when they're not visiting or working, or have their hands full of chocolate easter eggs(!) ....we could have a Vixen chat! What do you think? Reckon we could find a time to fit all our time zones?!

What planet am I on? I didn't even know it was easter until I read this, and just found out it's next weekend! is that right? I'll be sure of my whereabouts, not my whatabouts but I'll probably spend some time with my best friend who works or sleeps, but hopefully will give herself a break at Easter!

I'm not planning on doing anything apart from decorating...lol, I was supposed to go away Easter, but as it's really early this year, and the kids only get the good friday and easter monday off, I won't bother, as normally they are supposed to have the 2 wks off over Easter, but they are not until 7th April! as Easter has mucked up everything, coming this early, I heard that it shouldn't do this for another 100yrs or so..lol
It's that one very rare time of the year when we get FOUR days off in a row (Fri-Mon) - at least we do here in Australia. So anybody here planning on doing anything for the very long long weekend?
